Outer Banks Fire Time Lapse from July 5th Marsh Fire
The crystal blue skies and sun-drenched beaches of Kill Devil Hills were blanketed with a menacing plume of smoke over the Independence Day holiday. The fire was suspected to be caused by fireworks from the previous evening and on July 5th, many beach goers were having to clear out of the smokey area and find some sunshine. Luckily, it became a controlled marsh burn with no one getting hurt and zero property damage.
