Keep your eyes on the horizon. When the heavy draining fall swells show up between October 15 and December 1st, the 2011 Battle of the Banks will throw down yet another bloody battle. It’s Virginia Beach against Outer Banks in a fight for bragging rights. So far, Virginia Beach has held the title over the last 3 years. Will this be the year when team OBX takes their land back?
